Robert Lindsey, Executive Director
With more than 18 years technical experience, Robert worked his way up the ranks in the IT field, ultimately managing more than 50 people before becoming an entrepreneur. A master problem solver by nature, Robert’s vision is to provide solutions to small and medium businesses by providing access to a full suite of IT services once available only to large companies. He conceived the Tech Therapy idea in the mid-2000s, and after finding the right combination of talented and passionate people, he officially launched the company in early 2009.

Steve Domingo, Services Director
Steve has more than 17 years' experience with implementing and administrating small and medium business computer systems. He oversees the day-to-day management of client networks and studies how long-term system design strategies affect real-world daily use and support. Like everyone at Tech Therapy, Steve believes relationships are between people, not just businesses. His passion for learning the "how" and "why" everything works currently manifests itself in his freshwater aquarium hobby and helping a young child understand the world.

Jodi Paul, Communications Director
Jodi has more than 20 years of writing and editing experience, along with a solid technical background. Her superior execution of content strategy strikes the delicate balance between compelling content for the reader and strategic content for search engine optimization (SEO). Her passion for the written word drives her talent for clear and consistent messaging. Jodi sleeps in a tent for at least two weeks a year, creates vegetarian cuisine accessible to every palate, and fantasizes about life as an artisanal cheesemaker.

Cheryl Floyed, Marketing Director
Cheryl brings 25 years of marketing, digital marketing, and web design experience to the Tech Therapy team. Her focus is creating fiscally and environmentally responsible marketing strategies from concept to execution, with a specialty in internet marketing, social media marketing, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). She is passionate about developing the relationships between businesses and their customers. She has lived in the Houston area most of her life and loves giving the "inside tour" of Houston to her friends. Cheryl listens to R&B and Pink while pretending she can sing with her teenage daughter, wants to be a famous photographer when she grows up, and can best be bribed with a sushi meal.
