Houston, Texas (January 18, 2011) – Tech Therapy today announced that it has received accreditation from the Houston Better Business Bureau. As an accredited business, Tech Therapy meets the BBB Code of Business Practices and is authorized to display the BBB Accredited Business seal. The Better Business Bureau gives Tech Therapy an “A” rating.
Accreditation is granted to eligible businesses, like Tech Therapy, that not only meet the BBB Code of Business Practices but also demonstrate a good business track record, maintain proper licensing and commit to exemplifying the BBB Code of Business Practices.
The BBB Code of Business Practices represents sound advertising, selling and customer service practices that enhance customer trust and confidence in business. The Code is built on the BBB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.
